Dual Prevention & Fund O&M Integration Project

This project uses the "dual prevention mechanism" as the core framework for risk management, integrating the key functions of the "Project Risk Control Information Processing System V1.0 " and the "Project Investment Fund Operation and Maintenance System V1.0" to create a cohesive solution for risk prevention and fund management.

On the risk management side, it strictly follows the requirements for building a dual prevention mechanism for safety production. This includes managing responsibilities (defining organizational structure, workplace, and personnel information), converting legal regulations into corporate policies (establishing a regulatory checklist), constructing a basic risk database (identifying, analyzing, and dynamically managing risk points and hazards), implementing graded risk control (visualizing responsibility grids and three lists), and conducting hazard investigation and rectification (planning, task assignment, and full-process acceptance). It also provides support for risk analysis, evaluation, and data reporting.

On the fund operation and maintenance side, an information platform for investment scheme processing is established, covering institutional registration and review, account management (visualizing balance, investment, and returns), full-process investment operations (recharge, bidding, repayment plan generation, signing and disbursement, project payments), and borrowing functions. This supports one-click import of investment data and reviews of risk changes, enhancing the efficiency and flexibility of fund management.

Through the integration of these two modules, the project achieves comprehensive management from risk identification to fund allocation, providing enterprises with a dual-dimensional integrated control capability for "safety + funds."
